Job Summary: Kiddos Kargo is seeking a mature, reliable, and caring Van Driver to transport children safely to and from various schools, after-school facilities, and daycares. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive and secure environment for our passengers, adhering to safety protocols and providing excellent customer service.

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport children to designated locations, including schools, extracurricular activities, and events.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

• Maintain a clean and organized van interior.

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth transportation experience.

• Assist children with boarding and disembarking the vehicle.

• Monitor behavior during transport and address any issues that may arise.

• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety.

• Complete daily logs and reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.

• Experience working with children preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Benefits:

• $15.00 an hour
