For the Apopka area, our base rate is $75 a week, one-way, and within an 8-mile radius. After the base mile radius, an additional daily gas rate per mile per day will be added. Our location is based on the total destination miles from our office location which is at:

We do not provide service beyond our primary service area. If you are a home daycare or a private daycare and don't provide transportation service, please contact us by phone for a special rate. Rates are subject to change with or without notice. However, as long as gas prices stay constant, rates will not change for the school year.

Please contact us to advise of any cancellations as soon as possible. If same-day cancellation, please call us at 407-832-3176. All of our drivers are typically out on their service calls by 7 am for mornings and 2 pm for afternoons, so please call before then. All scheduled rides are prepaid on Monday.

Up to a $25 service charge may be applied if:

• If the driver is asked to wait more than 3 minutes past drop-off time.

• If the driver is asked to deliver an item left in the vehicle.

• Change in location of pick-up/drop-off.

• Change in time of pick-up/drop-off.
